Maintenance method of medical children's hospital bed

Medical staff should overhaul the children's hospital bed after it has been used for a certain period of time to check whether there are potential faults. After many years of experience, we can obtain four common methods for overhauling the medical children's hospital bed. The following is an introduction to the relevant content:

1. From the bed mattress and complete inspection. Look for bedspreads and sagging or unevenness indicating severe wear on the mattress itself. Use an interior needle or an appropriate sewing machine service cover. If properly sterilized, or replace worn out mattresses of the same type with new ones, springs, foam or gel. Freshly cover new mattresses if applicable.

2. The disassembled structure, including armrests, headboards and pedals. Pull off casters, wheels and brakes from every corner of the bed frame. Keep everything away from rusted areas and use an electric sander. Protective primer and then paint metal parts with a coat of paint. Install new forks and replace worn casters and wheels as needed. Replace the plastic cover on the new armrest.

3. Delete any electronic parts such as circuit boards and control mechanisms. All electronic surfaces use compressed or aerosol air to blow away dust and grime. Replace frayed cables, wires and wires. Test electronic components, such as switches and control buttons, to mechanize bed movement. Replace old bed circuit boards, circuit test marks, electronic components.

4. Reorganize the bed frame and related parts. Grease the frame on all hinges, including all movable joints. Swivel the joints to make sure they run smoothly and don't squeak and slide. Attach new or cleaned electronics, switches and wiring. Put on a new or innovative mattress. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet and test the functionality of the bed.
