HOPEFULL was established in 1999, and is a nationally recognized "Little Giant" enterprise and a high-tech enterprise. Our trademark(HOPE-FULL) is a China Well-Known Trademark certified by the State Administration for Market Regulation, Hopefull is the 1st enterprise to be granted this honor in the hospital bed industry. Hopefull has also obtained ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality system certifications, and market access approvals including U.S. FDA, EU CE, and Russian GOST-R. Our products are sold over 70 countries and regions worldwide.

There are 4 modern workshops in Hubei production base of HOPEFULL, the area exceeds 50,000 square meters with full mould processing, plastic processing and machining (covering nearly 80,000 square meters if including warehouses). We also have the largest robot welding production line, large automatic electrophoresis powder spraying equipment and product assembly line, the quality control capability of large quantities is very outstanding.

HOPEFULL workshop has a professional mold R&D production team, all kinds of mold processing equipment is very complete. All kinds of plastic mold, metal mold and robot welding jigs are developed and produced independently, which not only respond quickly to customer's demand, but also guarantee the supply of all accessories for 20 years. The customer has no worries for the after-sales service.

HOPEFULL large scale plastic workshop holds a number of large and medium-sized equipments: injection molding machine, blow molding machine and vacuum forming machine; the type of plastic processing equipment is the most complete in the hospital bed industry in China. All plastic materials are selected for well-known brands, such as LG(Korea), DuPont (USA) and Chimei (Taiwan) , etc. We put an end to the hidden dangers of adulteration caused by external processing.

HOPEFULL has a group of machining equipment with complete technology, all kinds of hardware precision processing equipment more than 200 sets, and more than 1000 sets of metal mold. Except for standard parts, all kinds of hardware components are made inside of the company. We have strong capacity of new product development and scale production.

HOPEFULL has applied robot welding since 2003 (the first in the industry). Now we have more than 30 Japanese Yaskawa welding robots, which is the largest scale in the hospital bed industry. All robot welding jigs are designed, developed, manufactured independently in our company to ensure the profession and quality. HOPEFULL achieved the 100% robot welding to make sure the quality has extremely high stability.

Large automatic immersion electrophoresis and electrostatic powder spraying equipment, with a length of 520M and 39 processes, is the largest, most advanced and most environment-friendly spraying equipment in Chinese hospital bed industry. The equipment adopts chassis electrophoresis technology and electrostatic powder spraying technology, the work piece is protected by double coating. The first layer is polymer Nippon painting and the second layer is powder coating, realizing internal and external rust prevention and anti-rust capability is greatly improved by 200%, ensuring 15 years rust-proof life of the work piece!

Hopefull's assembly workshop features two independently developed, mature production lines for finished product assembly: an electric bed production line and a manual bed production line. Standardized assembly operations ensure seamless flow from product assembly to packaging, with quality inspectors conducting on-line inspections to guarantee zero defects while maintaining high efficiency. Current daily output exceeds 500 sets, with an annual production capacity reaching 200,000 sets.

In order to provide safer and better quality products to our customers, all the incoming material, semi-finished and finished products are tested strictly by our professional QC team.
