FAQ

1.Q: Will the castors rust or catch in something?

A: The wheel frame is made of aviation aluminum alloy and is processed with electrophoresis primer and powder spray double coating, which makes it never rust. The wheel surface is made of high molecular TPR material, which is very quiet and wear-resistant. Inside, there's fully enclosed self-lubricating bearings, ensuring smooth rotation and preventing the entry of foreign objects.

2.Q: What's the difference between aluminum alloy side rails or two-section split side rails?

A: Aluminum alloy side rails offer higher cost-effectiveness. Two-section split side rails can rise together with the backrest, providing patients with a greater sense of security. Additionally, two-section split side rails are produced by blow-molding technology, ensuring a seamless and smooth surface. For environments with higher hygiene requirements, such as ICUs, we recommend using two-section split side rails.

3.Q: What is a bidirectional End-Position Protection system?

A: After the screw is in place forward and backward, we can still rotate it, but the screw system is no longer under force, which can effectively protect the screw system and extend its service life.

4.Q: Other brands products also have a double-support structure.

A:The double-supported structure mainly depends on its design and materials, not just the literal double support. Our Dual-Support Load Distribution Structure evenly distributes force of back board to the bed frame, reducing stress on the screw tube system and extending its lifespan. Some manufacturers only have two support rods, which is completely incomparable to our structure.

5.Q: How long will it take to deliver 300 beds?

A: 35 days. We have the largest and most fully equipped factory in the Chinese hospital bed industry. Even for thousands of beds, our delivery time is still 35 days.

6.Q: Why do you only have hospital beds?

A: It's true that many manufacturers produce both beds and other products. However, we specialize in hospital beds and their complementary products, such as bedside cabinets and mattresses. With 27 years of deep expertise in this field, we've focused all our resources on R&D and manufacturing to deliver superior quality and reliability. This specialization allows us to provide the most patient-centric solutions for healthcare facilities worldwide.

7.Q: How to clean the mattress? Is it waterproof?

A: Our mattresses are water-resistant, but the level varies by fabric. Regular fabric may leak over time. We recommend using a disposable pad under the sheet to avoid stains, or upgrade to a lotus-leaf waterproof mattress.

8.Q: Your beds feel hard to push and too heavy.

A: Our bed frames are designed with a service life of no less than 15 years-that's why we use thicker materials for extra durability. They're heavier but far more solid and durable than others.

9.Q: Can the bed color be customized to match curtains or equipment?

A: Sure, we offer several standard colors suitable for various decoration styles. You can choose color based on different department color schemes. But as for other colors, a certain purchase volume may be required.

10.Q: Can hospital bed sizes be customized?

A: We currently recommend using standard-size hospital beds. If you insist, our technical team will draft drawings and test load-bearing to ensure no issues when use. However, custom sizes cost more and take longer, for adding a few more beds or after-sales spare parts requests in the future, the response time may not be as quick. Therefore, we still recommend using standard beds.
