4-section heavy duty one-time stamped steel mattress platform with electrophoresis and powder coated, designed with ventilating holes and anti-skid grooves, smooth and seamless four corners.

"Double direction to the position and no ultimate" screw system, equipped with seamless steel tube totally enclosed structure and special "copper nut" inside to make sure it is silent, durable, so as to extend bed's using life.

Collapsible aluminum alloy bedside rails provide protection, adopt the bending aluminum tube, painted treatment make it never rust; the bottom mounting part design down which can avoid the dirt storage and make cleaning easily, easy movable, simple and safe locking, designed with anti-pinch function.

Bedside rail switch base is made of the aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, which is sturdy and durable, and then double coating painted treatment to make it never rust.

The crank handle using humanized design, elliptic shape with grooves ensure the perfect hand feeling; ABS injection molding with quality steel bar inside to make it more durable and difficult to be broken.

Bumpers are designed in two sides of the head/foot panel to provide protection from hitting.

Stainless steel central braking pedal is located at the bed end. Ø125mm twin wheel castors with self-lubricating bearing inside, enhance the safety and load bearing capacity, maintenance - free.
Head and foot panel simple lock make the head/foot panel extremely firm and easily removable.
