LINAK motor and control system ensure the stability and safety of the bed.
Wider bed board design to enhance the comfort of the heavy weight patient. X-Ray translucent backrest allows chest and abdomen X-ray examination of the patient. It also features an auto-regression function which prevents excess pressure from being exerted on the sacrum region when the bed is in a profiled position.
Side rails are compliant to the IEC 60601-2-52 international hospital bed standard and aid patients who are able to egress the bed independently.
LINAK nurse master controller enables functional operations with ease and with lockout button.
Single-hand side rail release with soft drop function, side rails are supported with gas springs to lower the side rails at a reduced speed to ensure the patient comfortable and undisturbed.
Outside: Intuitive and easily accessible, functional lock-out enhances the safety; Inside: Specially designed button of under bed light is convenient for patient to use at night.

Side rails are embedded with angle displays. It's very convenient to locate the angles of backrest and trendelenburg & reverse trendelenburg.
Lifting pole sockets are located at two ends of bed head which allow to choose lifting pole.
Mattress retainers are designed at two sides and end of the mattress platform to prevent the mattress from shifting.
Ø125mm twin wheel castors with strong bearing force ensure the safe loading of the whole bed. Stainless steel central braking pedal, never rust, one step to lock and release four castors.

What are Bariatric Beds?
Bariatric beds are heavy-duty beds that carry a higher weight capacity and are usually wider than standard hospital beds to safely and comfortably accommodate larger individuals in hospitals, clinics rehabilitation centers and at home. A bariatric bed is a specialized bed that is used in the care of bariatric patients. Their construction and design are tailored to the needs of obese and overweight patients. Typically, a hospital bed is approximately 95cm-100cm wide but a bariatric bed would be 110cm and 120cm wide. HOPEFULL bariatric bed is 121cm wide. The weight capacity of bariatric beds is greater than regular beds. The Safe Working Load of HOPEFULL bariatric bed can be up to 500kg.
