How to install the medical nursing bed by yourself?

Many people like to buy medical nursing beds and put them at home for the convenience of the elderly. How do they know how to install them correctly?

A. Install the bed legs

The longer two are the legs of the bed, first remove the screws on the legs, clamp the legs on the bed, and then re-fix the screws. The nuts used in this product are all lock nuts, which do not need to be tightened too much. The two shorter ones are beams, which are respectively fixed on the already installed bed legs, and the bed legs are gently shaken without loosening.

B. Install casters

The casters of this product are connected by thread, and the four casters can be installed at the four screw holes regardless of their positions.

C. Install the toilet hole

The bed hole is composed of bed surface bed hole structure, bed pot holder and bed hole handle. The bed pot holder is connected with the bed surface by a transmission rod device, and the bed hole can be opened and closed by controlling the spherical handle.

D. Install the head of the bed

The headboard is higher, the footboard is lower, and the hanging installation method is adopted. Align the bedside hook with the iron pin of the bed help and fasten the lock.

E. Install guardrails

Align the hole of the guardrail frame with the punching position of the bed help, fix it with screws, and the guardrail switch is facing the side of the bedside.

F. Debug the controller

The motor and push rod have been installed before leaving the factory. After the power is turned on, debugging is carried out through the controller. For details, please refer to "Product Function Introduction".

G. Make the mattress

If the product is equipped with a special mattress, according to the design of the bed surface, it can correspond to the position of the back frame, the foot frame and the seat hole.
