4-section heavy duty one-time stamped steel mattress platform with electrophoresis and powder coated, designed with ventilating holes and anti-skid grooves, smooth and seamless four corners.
Side rails are compliant to the IEC 60601-2-52 international hospital bed standard and facilitate patient participation in mobilization.
Side rails are embedded with angle displays. It's very convenient to locate the angles of backrest and trendelenburg.
Backrest auto-regression extends pelvic area and avoids friction and shear force on the back, helps redistribute pressure and relieves a squeeze on the abdomen, so as to enhance patient comfort.
Handset with intuitive iconography enables functional operations with ease.
Split side rail is released with soft drop function supported by gas springs, rapid self-lowering mechanism allowing for quick access to patients.
Four bumpers provide protection, with IV pole socket in the middle, also used to hang Oxygen cylinder holder and hold writing table.
Stainless steel central braking pedal is located at the bed end. Ø125mm twin wheel castors with self-lubricating bearing inside, enhance the safety and load bearing capacity, maintenance - free.
Simple bed ends lock makes the head and foot board easily movable and secure the safety.

HOPEFULL Inspection and Test Methods
HOPEFULL is very care about the quality inspection, it owns the complete equipments and regular procedures comprehensive testing laboratories, QC workers are allocated at each parts of the production, according to the European and USA standard to strictly control the inspection from the raw material to the finished products.
Each batch of purchased steel raw materials shall be sampled by the "hardware material testing machine" to check whether it meets the quality standards of raw materials by means of gravity test and tensile test.
The screw system is tested on the professional "screw performance test machine". We set a resistance of 250kg for it. After running for more than 15,000 times, the screw system is qualified if there is no sliding tooth phenomenon, the wear standard and the protection function in place is normal.
In order to ensure and improve the quality of plastic parts, we carry out accelerated aging test on plastic parts to detect and improve their anti-aging ability.
We strictly test the hardness of all hardware through the "metal hardness tester" to ensure that it meets product quality and safety standards.
Every batch of LINAK motors we import must be subjected to strict life test. The random motors need to be lifted and lowered more than 15,000 times under heavy load. Moreover, we carry out 100% full load full inspection on the finished electric bed.
